Sharron Struk is a master educator. She is always on the path of continuing her education and is a jack of all trades. Sharron is passionate about living large and embraces many different types of healthy living. She is certified in yoga, pilates, barre, group fitness, zumba and much more. She has a formal dance background in Cecchetti Ballet from childhood through till her twenties, dancing at the Anna Wyman School of Dance in Vancouver. Sharron’s depth of knowledge, experience and variety of skill makes her a pivotal teacher at MVMNT. Her greatest loves are her family, her wonderful friends, instructing classes and most recently, attempting to play the Ukulele. She’s on a mission to find the perfect work/life balance and believes we should all “eat the cheese, drink the wine and live our lives abundantly.” Expect to smile through the sweat and have a few laughs while you push yourselves to higher levels of fitness. “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
