Shari Mills is a welcomed import from Calgary. She is a yummy mommy of 3 wild little kiddos, a sassy wife, a balanced bookkeeper and a number loving finanical consultant that has been a student of Yoga since 1995. She has been teaching yoga since 2000 when she received her certification through the Yoga Centre of Calgary. Spending much of the last 9 years either pregnant or hard core mommying, Shari shines at teaching prenatal classes and Mama and Baby classes. Shari’s classes are a blend of hatha yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork and guided meditation with the intention of bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance and reducing stress. Shari believes that yoga is an opportunity to step away from the busy-ness of the outside world and access the deeper wisdom that resides within us.
