Karli is a 200 hr RYT trained in traditional Hatha yoga. She finished her training in the fall of 2016 and is super excited to share, learn, laugh, and explore yoga with you in a fresh and vibrant community. When she isn’t nerding out over cats, crystals, and coffee you can find her taking nature walks with her adventure-seeking dog Maverick and learning the Latin names of trees. Karli believes yoga is the way to the light, love, freedom, and power that lives inside each of us. In Karli’s classes you will find strength, flexibility, and tons of good vibes. Her philosophy is: move your body, breathe deep, and love yourself already!
