Who is this for?
This training is for those who want to teach and those who want to learn.
While becoming a yoga teacher isn’t a necessary component of this training there is a strong focus on how to become a confident teacher, and a guide on the yogic path.
This is for those 100% committed to the training. We expect you to show up ready and with a great attitude each and every day, on time and ready to learn. We ask that you remain open to being coached, respectful to our faculty and studio space and to fully participate in all activities offered.
Daily you can expect one to two long yoga practices, meditations and pranayama practices. You will have a long lunch hour and two breaks throughout the day in between bookwork, study of texts and partner work. The days will be full so if you would like more time to see the area we suggest adding on an extra day or two on either end of the immersion.

You have studied, practiced and memorized MVMNT’s 3 sequences that we have sent you prior to your training

Karla has studied under many wonderful teachers and is influenced heavily by the meticulous alignment of Iyengar Yoga and the power and flow of Ashtanga.
Kristin Nuttall – Anatomy Teacher, RTT, Owner and Practitioner of Inner Space Therapies
Kristin’s background is weighted in movement with teaching a range of therapeutic modalities including; Traditional Thai Medicine Massage, Fire Cupping, Ruesi Yoga of the Hermit, as well as Pre & Postnatal Therapies & Prenatal Yoga, ballet, swimming, pre school – high school ESL and also a teaching apprenticeship in Craniosacral therapy.
A practitioner and educator for 18 years, much of her work has been anatomy based. She was passionately re-inspired by the the ‘living anatomy’ model in a 2 year diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral studies. The way of ‘the embodied witness’ of one’s own physiology working in relationship with the patterns of interconnected structures is an exciting way to look at our inner space. This became the style she integrated into her anatomy lectures in the Thai Medical Modalities program that she teaches. In addition to the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, she also teaches the foundational 5 Element Theory based on the Indian-Tibetan-Thai model.
